Volunteers are the heart of our sale!  We depend on our volunteers to make the sale a success...and therefore to enable us to donate to charity!

You can get your Seller fee waived AND get 5% more in earnings by volunteering for a 3‐hour shift for setup, sale time, or tear-down and sorting after the sale.

The first shift worked = waived Seller fee + 5% more back

Each additional shift = 5% back, up to 75% total back from your sales

Tasks before the sale include helping with setup, sorting, and merchandising of the consigned items, or checking in people as they drop off items.

During the sale, volunteers may be asked to clip tags from items, bag merchandise, consolidate items, or simply monitor an area in case there are questions.

After the sale, tasks may include sorting out remaining merchandise, helping to take down displays, or packing up supplies.





Can I bring my child?
We do not have any child care available.  We apologize, but you won't be able to bring your child while you volunteer.

How many shifts can I volunteer for?
You can volunteer for as many shifts as you would like - most are 3 hours in length.  You will get 5% more earnings for each shift you work, but the maximum you can get back is up to 75% back total (60% base + 5, +5, +5).

Can my husband or someone else work my shift?
Sure!  We can especially use strong people during set up and tear down when we are moving around a lot of racks and boxes.  HOWEVER, the "substitute" must be at least 18 years of age.

Do I have to sign anything?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a waiver when you check in for your shift.
